For the last two years, Old Victrola has played all over Baltimore and the surrounding area. Their musical style draws its influences from the golden years of Emo, the late nineties into the new millenium. Bands that hold a special place in their collective band-heart include Texas Is The Reason, Mineral, The Appleseed Cast, American Football, and Yo La Tengo. They strive to have a driving, complex sound that draws their listeners in, while still maintaining a pop sensibility throughout.
