Miss Lonelyheart (Genre: hook laden guitar rock)

Miss Lonelyheart played hundreds of shows across the U.S. from 1994-2004 sharing the stage with the likes of Fugazi, Rye Coalition, Burning Airlines, Most Secret Method and hundreds of other bands. Miss Lonelyheart released 3 full length albums, an e.p. and a split 7". The band played as a 3 piece from 2002-2004 before going on hiatus. The original 4 piece version of the band started rehearsing again in Dec. of 2013 with plans to play live and record a new album in 2014.

Miss Lonelyheart plays hook laden independent guitar rock. The band has been compared to the likes of Mission of Burma, The Replacements, Superchunk and Jawbox; and has shared the stage with Fugazi, Rye Coalition, The French Kicks, Gem & Burning Airlines. They have been active on and off for 20 years. They write original songs about the things they care about and present it without any bull sh*t.
