Now that summer is coming to a close, are you feeling a little down in the dumps?  Is your anxiety giving you anxiety?  Are you sad that the world's on fire but also kind of relieved because you can't ever seem to find your dang lighter?

Finding a happy medium can be tough, especially when you're surfing on the edge of the wake that is life.  So throw a drink in one hand (you know-for balance), get a grip and enjoy the ride!
